LVEUM was working on releasing CRY OUT 12" by the time I heard the terrible news of Rosie passing away. After much thinking I decided that the best way to remember Rosie the way she was would be by releasing the record. At the time of her passing the recording wasn't finished, neither was the artwork. I am still working on the artwork but as of now, July 11th, the record has already been cut and it is at the pressing plant. I expect to have the record ready in 5-6 weeks but please if you order it be patient as artwork may delay it.
For the Canadians reading this, there will a very big chunk of the press going directly to Montreal and hopefully Halifax.
Profit of the record and downloads will be sent to Rosie's family.

Once in awhile you stumble across a record that’s like a breathy, forbidden rendezvous in a random utility closet. Listening to Lira Mondal’s whines and whimpers over impossibly catchy guitar traces from Caufield Schnug (real name honest) is right up there with a cold breeze up your assless chaps and a second hit of Shatter for grandma. It tugs at the heartstrings, pulls at the bra straps, this duo the shoe-in panto dame for Fiery Furnaces or even Kleenex. Loopy. Sexy. Love at first feel. mmarchman

I hear a bit of everything in this, crass, minutemen, parquet courts etc. despite this, it's very much got its own distinguishable sound. lyrics are very apt and relevant, fucking killer album. joe

It’s refreshing. They are a solid Punk band who’s not afraid to make people dance. Special Interest understands that PunkRock and Disco are the best lovers. The Passion Of is passionate sh*tkickers making great sounds with a spirt of genuine activism. It’s on my top 5 releases of 2020. DxNxxL

I listened to this today, a lot. Can't pick a favorite song. I love every song on this album equally. Can't remember the last time that happened. Not sure about the post-punk tag though. All I hear is punk. Fucking great punk. I know there's a feminist core, but yeah, it was good for me. Brennon Holmes
